Detailed Description

For Sale or possible Partnership, I purchased N3315X in 2018 to fly to my son's college baseball games. His college days of playing baseball are over. I love the airplane. It's easy to fly and has an excellent IFR platform, but I no longer have a mission for her to justify sole ownership. I have decided to sell or accept a partnership under the right situation.
The aircraft has had two owners in the last 38+ years, hangered West Coast. The previous owner completed all the significant upgrades, to name a few ($80,000), for the new instrument panel, windows, Cleveland brakes, and hubs, ADS-B Compliancy Paint and upholstery, and multipoint Strobe System. During the COVID time out, we completed an extended annual inspection. I hired an expert Aircraft Inspector (AI) who knows the Cessna 310, especially the landing gear system, to complete the annual. Most landing gear AN hardware (bolts, nuts, washers) were replaced with new gear rigged and tested. The following were replaced during the annual. New brake linings, New upgraded Tires and Tubes, (2) New Concord Batteries, All new engine hoses for both engines, new air filters, all struts rebuilt, New motor mounts, New spark plugs.
