    Detailed Description

Times are changing as this plane is consistently flow, check FlightAware, I'm also open to trades, preferably looking for a Beach 58 ... This is the finest example of a Pressurized Skymaster you'll find on the market, TT: 1900, Front/Rear engines: TSMOH: 900 hrs, TSTOH: 400 hrs, TSPOH: 900 hrs - This plane has been been flown by myself 155 hrs over the last 12 months. This plane is well documents with NDH since 1979, Original POH along with TWO NEW completely updated POHs. Garmin GTN750 NAV/COM, Garmin 225a NAV/COM, Garmin 345 with traffic & weather (Bluetooth to IPhone/IPAD), JPI digital manifold pressure/digital tach gauges, Shadin digital fuel flow and totalizer. Cessna autopilot with altitude pre-select along with GPSS steering. American Aviation Intercoolers STC, Spoiler Inc. Speed Brakes STC, Robertson STOL STC, and much more. The condition and maintenance has been impeccable - a very well kept airplane in fantastic condition.

    JPI digital tach/manifold pressure
    Shadin fuel flow/totalizer

    Airframe

TT 1900 hrs, overall in excellent condition with no damage history. Condition and maintenance history is impeccable.
This plane has been flown consistently and will continue to be flown up until sold. If you're familiar with and looking for a Skymaster you'll not find a better one on the market.

    Engines / Mods / Prop

TSIO-360-CB 225hp with American Intercoolers, both engines had Top-Overhauls 405 ago. (900 SMOH)

Surprisingly both engines use very little oil! I find the best setting is at 15,000/16,000 ft, 27in manifold pressure, the fuel burn is 10.5 gph per engine @ 180kt TAS - 57% BHP.

    Interior / Exterior

Both the interior and exterior were completely refinished in the mid-90s (it's in the logbooks). I would consider both an 8+ as the plane has always been kept inside.

    Remarks

If you're just starting to look at buying Skymaster or a twin, please do your research which includes knowing what it takes to insure and finance them (if needed). REMEBER: Skymasters are the safest twins available today - excellent travelers!

If you need instructor transition time OR would like time with me in the plane I can facilitate as I know it well.
