    Flys regularly.  Just completed a very detailed annual, many parts over hauled including Both Props, Both Governors, Both Oil Coolers new, Both engines hose assemblies, Both engines mags L&R, Both engines alternators, Starters, Hydraulic POWER PACK, New Heater, New digital Tachs, fresh Garmin 530 subscription, Hydraulic actuators, Gear, Door and flap/s.  Much more, this airplane has been gone thru inside and out.  Fly's regularly and times will change as a result.

    My youngest son is wanting to learn to fly, so I want to sell or trade the Aztec and get an airplane more suited to basic flight training.

    Airframe

    Fly's regularly.  Paint is in excellent condition. Just completed a very detailed annual.  Deice plumbing still installed ready for boots.  
    
    Hydraulic Power pack overhauled with 8130, Heater New, Actuators replaced, with two spare gear actuators fresh overhauled with 8130s as spares, New Battery, Clean and no corrosion anywhere on air-frame.
    
    This airplane is very beautiful on the ramp.

    New hoses, new hydraulic lines, New Oil hoses, New Valve Cover gaskets, New Lord Engine mounts, All Adel clamp on engine mount No Zipties, Overhauled Mags, Overhauled Governor, Overhauled Prop, New Oil Cooler, Overhauled Starter, Overhauled Alternator, Overhauled Fuel boost pump with new motor, Overhauled Hydraulic pump, New Spark-plugs, Replaced Exhaust with serviceable AD compliant ball pivot type.
    
    Runs smooth is well balanced and has no oil leaks.
    #4 cylinder was replaced at annual, overhauled at Gibson with 8130s.
