Detailed Description

Avionics have been upgraded and new Airtex interior with leather seats installed in November 2020. We get many compliments on the paint as it has been hangared since its paint job over 15 years ago which was completed by Flying Colors out of Gainesville, TX. The engine is high time, however all four chrome cylinders were removed and inspected, including valves. They were reassembled with new pistons, rings, and all associated hardware and seals. The engine break-in was accomplished accordance with Lycoming instructions, during the last annual which was completed in March of 2024. The engine runs great. For the past 9 years the Aricraft has been owned and operated by an A&P/IA. Original logbooks since new and no damage history.
