This 172 is a "like new" aircraft with excellent performance, high useful load and strong powerplant. It qualifies as a TAA or Technically Advanced Aircraft by the FAA and can be used to obtain a commercial license. It is a rock solid IFR platform and flies straight and true. For years it was maintained by an uncompromising A+P / IA/ DAR. *Aircraft times will change as I fly this aircraft weekly.
