Detailed Description

Great Cessna 210L with great paint and book performance just completed May 2024 annual is ready to fly.  Cruise at 160knts GS at 9500 feet burning 12.5 gal/hr. 89-gal fuel provides excellent range. GNS-530W/430W are IFR capable, and GTX435 (ADS-B In/Out) certified to 22Kft. KFC-200 A/P tracks Nav or Heading, with Alt hold, and ILS tracking.  Maintenance logs since new available.  Aircraft well maintained and always hangered in AZ dry environment.

Avionics / Equipment

Garmin Avionic stack: GMA 340 Audio panel, GNS 530W, GNS 430W, GTX 435 ADS-B Transponder In/Out. KFC-200 Auto Pilot. JPI Engine monitor. Copilot Altimeter, and Attitude instrument. Secondary digital tachometer.  Transponder/Altimeter cert to 22K in April 2023.

Airframe

Airframe in very good condition, excellent exterior paint, tires, gear. Side and rear windows weathered. Forward windshield very good condition.  Whelen Strobe lights on wing tips and lower body. May 2024 annual completed. In compliance with all FAA ADs for this model.

Engines / Mods / Prop

Continental IO-520-L 17 rebuilt 03/18/2001, now has 947 hours. New McCauley three blade prop installed 04/09/2021, now has 100 hours. Firewall mounted oil filter, air/oil separator, start monitor installed.

Interior / Exterior

Interior leather is very good condition with Sheep skin covers for pilot and copilot. Carpet good as well. Interior plastics (trim pieces) weathered. MP3 player receptacle for audio system.  Added Rosen Sunvisor on both Pilot's and Copilot's side.

Remarks

I have owned this airplane for 10 years. It has been a great airplane, meeting all performance requirements.  Typical no wind cruise at 160 knots G/S, 9,500 feet, 12.5 gallons per hour.  I operate this aircraft with the back bench seat removed for additional luggage space.  back bench seat is included in the sale.
