Detailed Description

Sportsman II 2+2. One owner-builder from factory 'Two weeks to taxi' program.
Squawk free. Fresh annual with sale. Virtually a new airplane, hangared, annualed every year by a reputable FAA repair station. All pertinent 'AD's' and Glassair bulletins complied with.
Complete Digital avionics including full Autopilot with upgraded auto-level function, ADSB-in/out, WX, new tundra tires, upholstery as new including spacious rear seat w/monogrammed belts. Modern, subtle paint scheme with broad appeal. Flown at least several hours a year every year.
Price has been harshly negotiated by a very aggressive foreign gentleman who subsequently dropped out. We were fixing his every squawk, even finding a NFG standby horizon in the process. All Squawks have been addressed and we will share details.. Owners have asked for a sale. Call to discuss. We have a dry, clean, well equipped plane here. It looks, runs and flies like new.
Here are the specs:
226 hours total time, airframe and engine. Superior Airparts IO-360.
No damage, all logs. This plane is an understated eye catcher. Coordinated paint/interior color by well known designer.
Full Advanced Digital PFD/MFD dual panels, GNS 430 WAAS, additional Garmin 696 with traffic and full in/out ADSB, Sirius.
TruTrak autopilot w altitude pre-select and climb rate, Garmin GMA 340 audio panel, Garmin SL 40 #2 comm and 430 GPS Comm/nav for full 'IFR' functionality. Garmin ILS/CDI indicator. Garmin XPNDR ADSB.
Co-pilot side digital Advanced MFD. Yoke mounted 'Chinese hat' electric trim and PTT. Standby Artificial Horizon and Altitude.
Hangared since new in a clean, dry, heated New Mexico hangar.
Price has been lowered again to allow for a quick sale to a realistic party; owner has lost medical and is moving.
We've had buyers demand intense scrutiny down to wire gauge and latest updates: all is in order and ready to fly. Bottom line, it's a very nice plane at a VERY attractive price point.

Sirius also refreshed.

Airframe

Fresh annual December/January. Paint shows as near new.

Tundra tires are new. Nose wheel is the largest possible, mains are also considered 'off piste'. The plane has NOT been flown off pavement.

Engines / Mods / Prop

Superior Air Parts:
IO-360 180 HP. 226 hours since new.
No it's not rusted. It has been in a clean dry hangar and had its oil changed, and has run, every year.
Engine bay looks new. No issues.
Flown at least a few hours every year. Dry New Mexico hangar. No corrosion. Zero.
Oil changed every year. Flying more often now by me a 4500++ hour ATP/MEI/Rotor/SES/Balloon pilot who does "know the difference". I dont know what wire gauge was used on the AP pin connectors because, well, who really cares?
I know this plane is like new and priced like an 80's 172.

Prop 226 hours. Minor leading edge wear but overall excellent condition.

Interior / Exterior

Grey leather in excellent condition.
Headliner, side panels etc show as new.
Forward facing rear seats, monogrammed seat belts.
