The Lancair 235 and the Lancair 320 are both two seat, single engine propeller aircraft kits. When assembled, the empty weight of the 235 is 850 lbs and the gross weight is 1,400 lbs. The empty weight of and assembled 320 is 1,040 lbs (472 kg) and the maximum takeoff weight is 1,685 lbs (764 kg). The 235 uses a Lycoming O-235 engine and has a cruise speed of 182 kts (209 mph) and stall speed of 55 kts (63 mph). The 320 has a cruise speed of 210 kts (240 mph, 390 km/h), a stall speed of 55 kts (63 mph, 101 km/h), and a maximum speed of 230 kts (260 mph, 420 km/h).

The Lancair IV series is made of three models. All are composite, low- wing, single-engine, four- seat monoplanes with retractable tricycle landing gear. The Lancair IV is an unpressurized kit plane that is powered by a Continental TSIO-550 350 hp engine. The Lancair IV-P is the pressurized model of the original IV. It is powered by a Continental TSIO-550 350 hp engine.
