1972 Grumman AA1B Tr2. Around 4100 hrs total time. TSMOH 1195 (2400 TBO). Annual just completed March 2024. Logs since day 1. Compressions are 78/80, 78/80, 79/80, 78/80. Boroscope checked, very clean.
No corrosion, wings and spars boroscope checked clean.
New right mag, new spark plugs. new wire harness, new brake pads and rotors, new LED landing light and new starter. New ADSB out. It has a Narco 121 VOR that is not working. Has ADSB out. Gill Battery new in 2023.
Great flying airplane and runs perfect. 1 inch wider inside than a C172. Payload with full fuel is 389 lbs. Burns around 6 gph at 130 mph (TAS).
