Very nice 182A. Interior is in great shape, mostly stock, exterior is in good shape as well. Older paint but shows good. Upgraded with 8x6 front with oversized landis fork, 8.5x6 rears. New top end last 100 hrs or so. Vortex generators added in 2021. Plane looks and flys great. Located in Birchwood just north of anchorage AK in heated hanger.

Airframe
Airframe is in great shape, bigger, wheels and nose fork added a few years ago, vortex generators, added a few years ago, total engine, roughly 1250 hrs. with a new top end about 100 hours ago, stored in heated hanger. Interior is mostly original, but in great shape. Not sure on the year of paint but it's in good shape as well. Great flying plane.

No engine mods, other than a top and 100 hours ago, to include pistons, cylinders, etc.
Interior / Exterior
I would say the interior is a seven or eight, older, but in good shape. Probably the same on the exterior.
