Message From the Owner:
The first time I saw this plane I knew someday I would own it. I made my avionics goal to make that dream a reality. Since I was only a single engine pilot that meant I had work to do. But less than a year from first sight it was in my hanger and my name was on the registration. This plane changed the way my family traveled as we took it anywhere within 700 NM from our home airport. Gone were the days of 10+ hour car rides and kids complaining. With the speed and payload of this Colemill converted 310 there few places we like to go that we could not be at in less than 2.5 hours including FL, MN, VT and TX. I also used this plan for business taking as many as 5 of my staff at a time with me to key meetings and events. I personally have over 1000 hours in this plane. I have struggled for a year to let her go. But all of my kids are grown and off on their own adventures and it now rarely flies with more than 2 people in it - I have kept it because it is so much fun to fly and I feel so comfortable and safe in it. But the day has come for me to downsize as I just don't fly enough or far enough for a high performance bird like N3023L. This 310 has traveled to Canada and to the Cayman Islands and over 75+ destinations in between. The engines are low time and the plane is in good shape. My only hope is the next owner gets as much joy and use from her as me and my family did over the past 16 years.
