Elizabethville Airport is a Licensed Private (Group) Airport consisting of 14+/- acres near Elizabethville, PA, approximately 25 miles N (350°) of Harrisburg International Airport. A Private (Group) license allows use by a partnership, organization, or corporation for any members of that organization. This property features a 1745'x 240′ turf marked runway, 4 hangars, and a field maintenance building. Three of the hangars have full concrete floors and the fourth is half concrete. There are two additional hangars on the field, which are owned by renters. The renters own the hangars but not the property on which they sit. A buyer can negotiate rental agreements with the hanger owners or require them to remove, sell, or abandon their hangars. All hangars have electrical service. There is also a shop building with a paint room, a maintenance shed, and a structure with roof and sides but no doors or concrete, which could serve as a hangar. The field was previously wired for lights and it is believed that the wiring is still serviceable but the fixtures have been removed.
