Detailed Description

This is a low time and very well equipped 310Q with only 4,575 hours of total time (changing) with a fresh annual! It has a super nice 3-year old leather interior, great IFR setup with fully redundant avionics as well as a working radar and radar altimeter. The plane flies great and cruises around 175kts at 65-75% fuel burn. The engines and props are high time and still making great compressions and running well. If you're looking for a great family hauler at a low price with plenty of room left to do your own upgrades, this is it. Pitot/static completed 03/2024. Annual completed 05/2024.

Airframe

Airframe is in great condition and is loaded! Boots work on wings and tail. Alcohol props and windscreen. Heater AD and works well.  Paint is decent, maybe a 6.5 out of 10. Tail section paint is brand new.

Engines / Mods / Prop

IO 470 engines. TBO is 1500 - still making great compressions. Both starters recently overhauled. New alternator belts & new fuel servo at annual 2024.

Interior / Exterior

Leather interior is very nice and only a few years old.

Remarks

Pitot Static completed 03/2024. Annual completed 05/2024. Everything works on this plane except for 3rd altimeter (co-pilot side). This plane is super loaded with a great interior, nice and redundant avionics, radar works well and de-ice equipment works well. Really nice plane - well cared for. Comes with a custom fit cover as well.
