I hate to see it go, but it has served its purpose for me and it is time to move on. The Cessna 310R in particular is my favorite light twin. The long nose and Its IO520's make this airplane look and feel like a beast. Personally, I've always been more of a Beechcraft guy but given the choice between the 310R and a Baron 58, I still would choose the 310. The utility of this aircraft is way better. Not only can it seat six people, similar to the Baron, but it can also carry their gear. The Baron is limited to Nose Cargo whereas the 310 has wing lockers that can hold a decent amount. 120LBS a side if I remember correctly. Thats enough for a small child! I'm kidding of course, but the utility aspect is great. This airplane can hold up to 163 Usable Gallons of fuel and burns a nominal 30GPH at 175 Knots True. I love this machine and am so conflicted on selling it. My main hope is that it goes to the right home, and someone can enjoy it as much as I have. It is the perfect blank slate airplane and you can make into whatever you want.

Airframe
The airframe is higher time. I bought this aircraft from a private individual that owned it for a number of years. Prior to him it was owned by an oil company and was used as executive transport. It does have damage history if you want to call it that. On February 15th 1990 while landing in Wheeling Illinois it slid off the runway and into a snowbank. It was minor but it happened.

Interior / Exterior
I would rate the interior a solid 7/10. Its dated but clean. I did buy a carpet kit and depending on how long the aircraft is for sale I may go ahead and install it
Remarks
When I first purchased the aircraft I was not a huge fan of the paint combination so I had some of the stripes changed with a vinyl wrap. It was professionally done and looks decent. You'll see older pictures as well as what it looks like now.
Aircraft times are subject to change as I do fly it a lot.
