Detailed Description

I hate to say it, but i'm getting older and the time has come to sell a fine flying airplane.  I've outfitted it with the Garmin 650 with Flight stream, 2X Garmin 275s (one as ADI, one as HSI), Garmin GTX-35 transponder with ADSB in/out and radar depictions, a GDL-52 which guides the IPAD, which has connectivity with the 650 and ADSB.  IPAD has the Garmin Pilot software as well as providing XM radar depictions.  The autopilot is the original Nav-O-Matic, but has been modified by Autopilot Central and is spot on and has coupled approach capability.  It has micro VGs, hot props, deice boots and heated glass.  It carries 163 gallons and has tons of cargo space in the nose, wing lockers and cargo compartment.  It seats six and is a traveling machine.  It's in annual now and will be complete by mid may 2024.  It is a relatively high timer, but was flying in a part 135 operation.  All ADs have been complied with and there is no accident history.  Full log books available.

IO-520s with 285 HP.  Engines are on an oil monitoring program

Interior / Exterior

Interior seats 6. Leather in good condition.  Front four seats are covered in sheep skin...a gift from my wife!  Overall 7/10 interior condition.

Remarks

I have hesitated to sell this.  Every time I fly it I tell myself not to sell it.  It's time as I am retired Air Force and retired Delta pilot and am not getting any younger.  It's time to give this gem a new home!
