Beautiful low time west coast plane, 200- hour engines and props, Garmin GTN 750, GDL 88 Artex 345 ELT, like new boots, 202 gals of fuel, excellent paint and interior, complete logbooks with NDH, hangered in Southern California (KRAL)

Airframe

Extremely clean plane and meticulously cared for. Wing nacelle locker tanks, recent fuel bladders, Vortex generator STC, new CAT heater hoses, inflatable door seal, recent de-ice boots, new Concorde battery with battery minder tender. Flight Custom III Goodyear tires and tubes, Cleveland wheels and brakes, alcohol windshield, stainless steel Camlocks, Dzus and screw fasteners, hydro on O2 bottle done in 2022, Rosen visors, vertical compass card, new flap motor, Kennon super sun shield kit, Bruces window wrap, personalized cowl and intake plugs and wing tip covers, Non FIKI prop boots not installed,

Engines / Mods / Prop

300 HP TSIO-520E SN 193814-R AND 504149, Overhauled by Performance Aero in 2002. 1400 TBO's. McCauley 3AF32C87 Props SN798966 and 786746, all new hoses and accessories have been replaced or overhauled. Props have been dynamically balanced.

Interior / Exterior

The paint and interior were both done in 2003, wheel and flap wells painted same base color, all seats done in leather with model embroidered on backs of seats, much attention and detail on both P&I, wing lockers and cargo are nicely done and very clean, I would rate it 9.5/10 on both paint and interior.

Remarks

This plane does not get flown very much anymore due to life circumstances. We have complete logs from day 1 available on request. I also have AD compliance sheets available in PDF form. I have several more pictures available as well. Fresh annual with all ADs complied with and completed April 2024.
