Detailed Description

This 1978 PA-31-350 only has 7990 TT  and was never used in airline service.  Air Conditioning!  Beautiful executive interior with flight attendant station and galley cabinets.  Now only 10 hours since the left engine overhaul and all accessories and hoses done firewall forward.  During the 10 hour oil change the oil filter and suction screen were found perfectly clean and kept for your review during your pre-purchase inspection.  Only 21 hours since top overhaul on right engine.  Garmin GNS430W coupled to the HSI for LPV/GPS approaches.   Radar, Heated pilot windscreen, FIKI certified, cargo door equipped, very clean airframe!  Prop Sync. Composite spinners!  New ELT battery in 2023.  Potty seat.  Overhauled fuel bladder.  Extensive annual completed July 2023 when the left engine overhaul and both props resealed and painted.  Oil analysis with Blackstone.  Now you can fly your family in safety and comfort with the unmatched performance of a Chieftain.  Insurance is affordable too!  No ADS-B as we are waiting to see what you would like. Airframe

LOW TIME 1978 Chief with only 7990 AFTT.  Air-Conditioning!  De-ice FIKI approved!  No corrosion and extensive annual when props and left engine were done.  New ships battery.  New ELT battery.  New instrument air filters.  New Tires and tubes.  Awesome Useful load.  New boot on raydome.  Left engine just overhauled in July 2023 with 10 hours.  Right engine 21 STOH!  Props both IRAN in July 2023 during annual and overhaul.  Has oxygen if you need to go high.

Engines / Mods / Prop

Left engine completely Overhauled firewall forward   July 2023!  Right engine has like new compressions and ONLY 21 STOH.   Props also completely gone through in June 2023.  Indeed only 10 hours since overhaul and expect this number to increase as we like to fly her.   Engine by Pelican Aviation, J2BD Specialty shop!

Interior / Exterior

Very nice Executive appointments with dual tables, potty and flight attendant station.  Cabinets for drinks, snacks, cups, napkins, magazines and anything else you fit.  Lots of organized spaces.

Remarks

We can offer to overhaul the right engine at additional cost (Discounted) for the new owner.  It does not need to be overhauled with only 21 since TOP Overhaul, but if you want everything done, we can certainly do it for you.   Oil analysis started. THIS airplane flys unlike most of the others you will find on the market.  Owned by me.  NOT A BROKER
