Attractive, well-equipped, 1978 Ted Smith Aerostar 600A professionally maintained by Joel Stout, Juliet Delta Aviation. GTN 750 WAAS GPS, Aspen Pro 1000 Max, new Garmin GWX-75 Radar, Nexrad and traffic display, Air-Conditioning and FIKI, new style HAT section, Heavy Case Engines, Garmin Connext/Flightstream 510. EDM-960 Electronic Engine Monitor. Heavy duty 700-6 brakes..  All logbooks since new.  Always hangered and flown regularly.

Airframe

Airframe excellent condition & well maintained. Runway incident where aircraft settled on ground with gear in transit in 2016. Belly damage repaired by Joel Stout and Juliet Delta Aviation-impossible to see any sign of damage. Upgraded AAC499 HD NLG HAT section, new skins, new nose gear webs. 580 hrs since the gear-up incident, and the plane flies perfectly

Interior / Exterior

Interior 6/10. older, but still looks very good with normal wear & tear.   No rips or tears anywhere in the interior. 
Long overhead duct system, fan motor replaced in late 2023
Wood trim along sides as accents

Exterior 6-7/10.  Dated paint scheme but paint looks very good, and there is no need to repaint, no corrosion.  Very clean looking.

Remarks

The airplane has been hangered for many years and is in excellent condition.  Used the aircraft for business purposes and retired a few months ago.  Just completed annual inspection at Juliet Delta Aviation, 5-2024
