This 1979 super Decathalon is an awesome find! The airframe is solid, has low, total time and it comes with a complete set of original logs. The engine has low time since major overhaul and is running great. The aircraft is well equipped and has very nice cosmetics. I bought my first super Decathlon in the 1990s because I understood it to be a great all around fun airplane. I never looked back. There is a reason this airplane is sought after. Everyone in my family has enjoyed the smooth and predictable aerobics as well as the joy that comes from sightseeing with incredible views! Unfortunately, life’s changes has placed me in the position of having to let her go… The roll rate with spades is nice.. as well as the landings.. All we had left is smiles.
