Detailed Description

This is a 1000 hour airplane that's got a lot in common with a low time/calendared Husky (just not at the high price). It's also free of that problematic and hardly supported VM1000 EIS that most other pre-2010 Huskys have. List up upgrades include Garmin GIS-275 PFD, MFD and EIS (replaced the VM1000); Garmin 430W (2014); Garmin GTX345 (2019 - ADSB In and OUT - integrated into 275s giving traffic alerts as well as weather into the 430); Aeroleds LED taxi and landing light (2014); new Whelen Stobe controller in 2015; new voltage regulator in 2014; new muffler/exhaust in 2023; Cloud-9 oil cooler door STC (2014 - allows pilot another method to control oil temp; Huskys tend to run cold oil otherwise); tractor baffle added to help keep #3 cylinder cooler and running closer to the other three (2014): upgraded to S-Tec starter 2014; new Concord battery 2017 (kept on battery minder - last battery lasted 12 years with this). V-ref'd at $184K but there is damage history - prop strike/sudden stooge in 2021 when GI275s were installed; the avionics shop made everything good by having the engine thoroughly gone through by G&N Aviation (full tear down, magnaflux, new bearings, reconditioned cam and lifters; just short of a major overhaul (cylinders looked good so nothing done other than new rings); prop inspected and repaired (reconditioned blades added) by H&S Propeller. Regularly flown/weekly (times cited will increase - TTAF 1010.6, TSOH/SPOH 92.6) leaned aggressively to keep valves clean, and always pre-heated for winter operations. Digital copies of the logs and additional photos available upon request. Well maintained (Annual coming up in JUN), no squwaks. IFR cert through APR '25. Original interior and exterior - both 8/10; always hangered. I'm motivated but think I'm providing a good deal here at this price. Call or email and let me know.
