1969 E33 Bonanza in pristine condition TTAF 2,543. IA/VP of Flightcraft, a Beechcraft service center, owned. I'm extremely picky and this plane reflects that. Interior was refurbished in 2019 with tan leather and is flawless. New LP glass in 2019. Exterior shows excellent due to this aircraft being hangar kept it's whole life. Rated 9. Still a mirror finish. Factory new IO-550 and Hartzell three blade installed 2004. Both TTSN 590. On the last annual Duncan Aviation installed a GTN625, new altimeter, vertical speed, attitude indicator and overhauled the HSI. Also a fresh 411-413 at that time. Brakes and tires are fresh. Logs are complete and orderly. Aircraft did have a gear up in 2004 which required the standard Bonanza belly skin replacements and both flaps reskinned. Me being a super picky IA had no issue with the repairs. It took me a long time to find a Bonanza in this condition with upgrades. It's the closest thing you'll find to a new E33 for this price. Aircraft is squawk free and ready to fly anywhere.
