Cessna 150F, has been kept hangered for many years, very well maintained, engine has about 400 hours since rebuilt, airframe about 3,700 total hours. There is nothing that you would need to do, too many things to list but this plane is very well maintained, pro-actively in many areas , annual just done in Nov. 2023.
Excellent compression, alternator rebuilt a few years ago, ADSB on the tail, I have owned it since 1993, never had a serious problem or even a hard landing to be honest. I got rid of the wheel pants years ago so I could see the tires and not worry about snow and mud in them. I have new Hooker harnesses that I have not installed yet. Almost all the sheet metal screws have been replaced with stainless steel. I installed the no-drip fuel vent line so you can fill it up and not have any dripping!
Battery is one year old, it has STOL wing tips,
