Clean original 172. I bought it in July for time building and I'm almost done with that so getting ready to sell it. It's a solid vfr (ifr capable) certified plane with 700 + hours left before overhaul. Only 2800 hours on the airframe. Interior 8/10.
Annual done 04/03/2024 with all ad's and saib's complied with
New garmin gtx 335 transponder installed 02/2024 with 91.411 and 91.413 certification

If staying in the valley I have parking at falcon that you can also have.
If sold early I need to still have access until I have my hours, after that it's all yours. If that means we have to do it later, then that's fine too.
