Interior / Exterior

Interior Condition: 
Overall, in good condition. Interior was redone in the early 2000’s, but still in good condition. The fabric seats and carpet have been replaced. You can find a crack or two in the interior panels, but are in good condition and not falling apart.

Exterior Condition:  
The paint is in decent condition with couple instances of paint overrun and tiny paint chips but looks great from 5 feet away. Side windows have some slight signs of hazing, but still in good condition. It is a very straight airframe.

Logbook Condition: 
Logs are complete and in exceptional condition.

Ownership History: 
Previous owner had the aircraft to get his PPL and then was recommended for eye surgery. He did not want the aircraft to sit idle during that time so he decided to let it go.

Damage History: 
Aircraft was blown onto its back in 1969, and was repaired. Then had a prop strike in 1973 and 1993. The engine was overhauled in 1994 and the prop was replaced.

In Flight Report: 
“This Skyhawk flew great from Central Nevada and climbed remarkably well over the Rockies. The Cessna seemed to just sip fuel at about 7.5gph at 9,500ft and had an outstanding endurance of 4.7hr in one leg with over 30min of fuel remaining.” Albert, Pilot
