Remarks

Great flying 172RG. Kept in an enclosed hanger. Absolutely no corrosion. Was a flight school plane explaining the gear up mishaps but all repairs professional completed and inspected. Immaculate 100 hour maintenance records, 135 kts at 9 gallons an hour. Great engine, new prop, overhauled prop governor. New paint and all new windows and windshield, I bought it a year a go and installed the autopilot, engine analyzer, Garmin 530 WAAS and usb ports. I'm building a house and just don't have time to fly it as much as I would like. Flys great. Has the speed and almost the useful load of a 182 at a much lower cost.
