Detailed Description

4331 TT, 1303 SMOH.  Selling my 1976 177RG as it's time for me to move on to something a little bigger.  Flown 200 hours since I purchased it in Summer of 2022.  Hangared in Snohomish, WA (S43).  Compressions 75/74/78/78.

Glass cockpit with G500, GTN650, and S-Tec 30 autopilot.  JPI EDM 900 engine monitor.

Compliant with spar AD.  Full logbooks available for review.  Annual completed 11/23.

Avionics / Equipment

Avionics - Garmin G500, GTN650, Bendix King 155 Nav/Com, GMA, and 76A Transponder.  S-TEC 30 autopilot.  JPI EDM 900 primary engine monitor.

Airframe

Spar AD compliant - SEL-57-07 + eddy current inspection in 2019 and SEL-57-09r1 including anti-corrosion coating of the spar in 2021.  Required forms confirmed submitted to FAA per AD.

Lycoming IO-360-A1B6D with 1303 hours SMOH.  Currently flying it ~10 hours per month.  Compressions 75/74/78/78 as of most recent annual.  Powerflow exhaust.

McCauley prop overhauled at last annual by AC Propeller in Seattle.

Interior / Exterior

Beige leather and cloth interior.  7/10 condition.  Minor cracks in plastic liner of baggage compartment.

Paint 9/10.  Great curb appeal.  Plane solicits compliments everywhere it goes.

Remarks

This plane has treated me incredibly well and I've taken good care of it.  The only reason I'm selling is to move to something bigger and faster.  The wide cabin is extremely comfortable for passengers and long flights and the low profile and big doors make it easy to load and unload.
