Detailed Description

SOLD - The revered Cessna 182B straight tail, with select updates and original paint that shows well.  Flown regularly and with an open checkbook (almost $8k at 100-hour in May 2023), last annual October 2023. Many updates, including; longer range Monarch fuel tanks (62 gallon), new propellor and governor, new spinner and assembly, new carburetor, new oil cooler, new brakes, new battery and more.  Avionics include newer Garmin 340 audio panel, Stratus transponder with ADS-B in & out, and Garmin GTN430 non-WAAS nav/com.  Interior is ok condition, no rips/tears. The 182B is 180 conversion ready. No damage history, all AD's completed, including the expensive tail AD.  All logbooks since new. Current times: TTAF: 3925, SMOH: 1726, SPOH: 221.  Sale includes wheel pants.

Airframe

230hp Continental O-470-L piston engine, newer propeller (221 hours).  Flying regularly, purchase and go.

Interior / Exterior

Interior updated in 1984, no rips/tears, vintage style 4/10, Exterior is original paint and shows well 8/10.

Remarks

Dry country most its life with no corrosion.  In the last 3 years, flown all over the Southwest. The O-470-L engine good compressions at last annual (Oct 2023). No near term plans for overhaul, flying strong.
