1964 Mooney M20E Super 21, SN255,   Total Time Since New 4045 Hrs.  505 SMOH by Firewall Forward in 2009.  Hartzell Prop HC-C2YK-1BF w 461 SMOH. Radio's GTX 345, GNS 430W, Dual Garmin Com's w Dual G-5 Indicators, GTR 225, GAD 29B, GMU11 GAD, GTP59 all installed in 2022 by Higginsville Avionics. Always hangered, No Damage, IFR Certified thru Sept 1 2024. Owner passed away and the son contracted me to broker the airplane for him.  Our shop has done the annual for the past 10 years and the current annual was done in December 2023.

Original Velvet Interior in good shape. No rips or tears just outdated,   Paint is a 7 out of 10. No

Remarks

My shop performed the Annual Inspection on this airplane in December of 2023.  The owner had just passed away leaving the airplane to his wife an son.  They requested me to provide a buyer for the airplane upon my evaluation.  
This airplane is in excellent condition and will provide someone with a great platform.
