Airframe
First year of the M20J which means it has a non-AD duke gear motor. All speed mods installed due to gear up (2006). P2 Audio gear warning system also installed. This is one of the FAST 201's. F/W forward overhaul in 2020 including engine mount, governor, fuel pump, fuel servo, alternator, prop reseal and repaint (O/H not required), LED Lighting and and navigation lights.
Engines / Mods / Prop
Engine: IO-360-A3B6D Full overhaul (June 2020) including new cylinders, new camshaft, and all other components sent out for reconditioning and/or replacement including the case. Tanis block and cylinders heaters installed. The prop was also sent out during the overhaul and was resealed and repainted. the engine also includes:

Interior / Exterior
The paint is in good condition with normal wear and tear. During its history, re-painting and touch ups have been professionally done to keep the aircraft in great shape. Interior has been completely refurbished in 2022 with all interior plastics repainted, new leather covered seats & yokes. The plane has all speed LASR modification as well as Aero Mods fiberglass belly. The glass was replaced with the thicker high quality plexiglass.
