Built by experienced builder of several Vans airplanes. Straight and true. Great for tall pilots. Consistent 200 mph (174 Knot) cruise speed at 9 to 12k ft. burning 9.4 to 10.5 GPH Runs great. Excellent compressions. Built with new engine and prop, Excellent fit and finish and IFR Instruments. No significant damage history. Complete logs. Hangared all its life. I bought it 5 years ago, have flown it 166 hours and the only unscheduled maintenance has been replacing the brake pads. Simple and fun to fly. Does not have inverted oil or fuel systems and I have not performed any aerobatics in it. Paint and interior is solid 8 out of 10 or better.
