Excellent condition, 846 hours total time airframe, engine, and constant speed prop. 180HP (0-360-A1P) Fresh Annual Dec. 2023, all ADs complied with. New LED Landing/Taxi lights. Aspen Evolution PFD, Garmin GNS430, G5 standby, GPSMap496, GTX-345 Transponder, ADSB, USB ports, Power Flow Exhaust, Goodyear 26in. Tundra Tires, 5 point harnesses.  Meticulously maintained. Fabric is nearly flawless, paint is excellent.  Engine runs exceptionally smooth.  No issues, no damage, hate that it must be sold. This plane is spectacular, come see for yourself!
