Well maintained and well loved M20J 201. Hard to say goodbye to my first love but it's time to let her go to a new home that will love her as much as I do. I've put about 1100 hours on her and she's 195 hours into a remanufactured engine. Flies great and with the turbo normalized IO-360, she'll climb up into the low 20's with no problem. Aside from the new engine and rebuilt prop, she's had some other minor upgrades. The Garmin 345 ADS/B was a big one since I opted for the extra $ and had traffic out display to the Aspen and Garmin 430W. Landing gear rebuilt with new pucks last September. LED lights all the way around. I started on the interior with the seats in October and they are beautiful and probably have less than 20 hours on them. It still has that new plane smell.
I can deliver it anywhere in the US and will provide up to 10 hours transition training and complex endorsement if you need it for additional fee.
