As part of the Woodside sub-HOA at the Fly-in at Spruce Creek, it is a turn-key home-away-from-home. The homes exteriors, roofs and grounds are maintained/manicured and managed for you. Woodside has the largest community pool suitable for laps or water aerobics, compared to the seven other sub-HOAs. For your convenience, the townhome is partially furnished with living room furniture and with a bedroom set. Complete with remodeled great room, hardwood style floors, walk-in closets and bathrooms.
Several days have groups flying out for breakfast or lunch. On "Taco Tuesdays" join the motorcycle riders for lunch to various venues. There is water access to Spruce Creek for kayaks and canoes.
