You're looking at a beautiful 1973 Piper Turbo AZTEC E that's based in Cottonwood, Arizona (P52). The Piper AZTEC is known for their payload capacity, reliability and make for great multiengine trainers. This aircraft has been meticulously gone through and is ready for its new user to enjoy. We've extensively gone through this aircraft during its last annual with the goal of ensuring its overall health and reliability. All Attention Directive (ADs) checks were completed in the process.
Gear - Complete rebuild of main wheel brake system with new rotors. Rebuilt calipers and new brake pads. New tires and tubes on nose wheel and both mains. Gear swing tests and adjusted. Hydraulics checks of both brake and landing gear systems.
Left Engine - Replaces all oil lines with new. Replaced all spark plugs. Cleaned all injectors and fuel lines. Replaced cowling insulation pads. Replaced one cylinder with rebuilt. Turbo and exhaust adjustments and leak checks. Oil and filter change. Retime and test magnetos.
Right Engine - Replaced all oil lines with new. Replaced two engine cylinders with rebuilt. Cleaned all injectors and fuel lines. Replaced all spark plugs. Complete rebuild of exhaust system. Rebuilt and calibrated turbo system. Rebuilt and calibrated turbo controllers. Replaced inner cowl flap hinge. Replaced cowling insulation pads. Oil and filter change. Retimes and test magnetos.
Cabin and Fuselage - Removed cabin seats and main deck for inspection and AD crack checks. Removed and rebuilt front baggage compartment door for AD. Cleaned and lubed all flight controls and repaired a couple small deicing boot edges issues.

The interior was completely redone in 2008 and the aircraft was repainted white with a dark green and gold stripe in 1998.
