Misc: This plane is ADS-B compliant. Maintenance work completed on the aircraft includes a large service in 2021, where new brakes, batteries, and tires were installed, along with an upgrade of the Landing, Taxi, Wing Nav, Strobe, Tail Strobe, and Belly Beacon lights to LED. Both left-hand and right-hand main gear shock discs were also replaced. In 2022, a major overhaul was performed on both the engine and propeller. The following year, a full engine and propeller teardown inspection was conducted due to a prop strike incident. During this incident, the propeller struck the towbar during startup; however, the engine did not ignite as it was only powered by the starter motor. No issues were found during the inspection, other than the propeller requiring some paint touch-up.

Note: We bought the plane 3 years ago, the previous owner had the plane since 2000. The plane is in great shape and flies beautifully!  The plane is a beautiful, fast cross-country IFR platform that burns approx. 14 gal/hr at cruise of around 175kts. It has a 89 gallon fuel capacity, and 6+ hours range. It has served us exceptionally well, but our group is now pursuing different interests, prompting this sale. 
The plane is still occasionally flying so the numbers are not 100% up to date.
