This is a beautiful full restoration by 8 time Oshkosh wrench winner, Neil Weaver. The aircraft has just undergone the installation of a RAM factory overhaul IO550 with upgraded crank and cam shaft at 1165 TTAF hours since its full ground up restoration. Just about every option desired is on this T-34 from ADSB in/out, Osborn tip tanks, Aspen with GPSS, STEC A/P with altitude/Nav/app modes, a Scott oxygen system and a smoke system. This plane has never been judged at Airventure. It's probably about time another of Neil's jewels makes the trip. His great details, inside and out, are clearly viewed in the photographs (click and expand). Always hangered and comes with maintenance (see docs) and NATOPS manuals. The livery is of VMFAT-101 stationed now as the F-18/F-35 RAG at MCAS Miramar and is a tribute to Navy/ Marine carrier aviation. AD's and AMOCS complete by T-34 Spar Corp of Ada, Ok. Total restoration began in 1993. Neil installed an all aluminum cockpit and aluminum flight-control surfaces except for the rudder. The rudder and vertical stab have recently been stripped, sealed, painted and certified. There has been a continuing restoration with the addition of 20/gal tip tanks, paint, avionics, tinted canopy, sliding battery tray mod, smoke system, all LED lites and strobes, Scott O2 system, Cleveland brakes and hooker harnesses.

New RAM IO550 / 300 hp -upgraded crank and cam . McCauley prop OVHL at new engine install time. Two stage fuel pump and beech fuel selector modification. Fully detailed engine compartment. Sliding sealed battery tray STC. All above installed by ABS certified IA. Newly installed engine is at 50 hours TSOH.. Ram engine warranty still in effect.
