1966 Cessna 172H, approx 3597 TT, approx 1245 SMOH (times change as the aircraft is flown regularly).  KMA24 audiopanel, Sigtronics 4 place portable intercom, Garmin 250XL gps, KX155 w/glideslope and KI-208 indicator, Garmin GTX-335 (ADS-B Out), and wheel pants.  Complete logs since new.  Auto fuel STC, inertial reel pilot seat secondary seat stop, Bogart power cables, Lord shimmy damper, recent new vertical speed indicator and recent new artificial horizon, recent brake hoses, and all new flap tracks.  

This is a reliable, well-maintained aircraft with complete logs available in the documents tab above.  Has been with current owner since 2009 and hangered since.  Aircraft completed annual inspection 4/5/24.  Compressions 74, 72, 74, 70, 74, 76/80.  Consistent good results from oil analysis.
