The seats, carpet and side panels are in good condition. All plastic components are rated as fair.

Exterior:
The overall condition of the exterior is good. The finish has a moderate shine and there are a few minor chips and scratches as to be expected.

Condition:
The logbooks are complete, original, well organized and legible. The aircraft does have some damage history which occurred about 20 years ago. The story is that while attempting to land on a grass strip, the pilot ran off the runway and struck an obstacle with the wing. The wing was replaced. See logbooks for details.

Message From the Owner:
About 3 years ago I purchased a hangar at our local airport and this plane was in that hangar and was used for training for a number of years. I bought it to allow the few students to finish their private pilot training... It was used for that purpose along with myself flying it with my family for a hobby.... Although it has higher times, both engine and airframe, it is a pleasure to fly and has been well maintained over the years.. It is well equipped by having the Garmin GNS430W GPS as well as the Garmin SL30 as a second NAV/COM. ~Brad
