1986 Piper Archer II, TTAF 13632, SFOH 2686 (2018), SPOH 1996. King KMA24, GNS430, KX155, and GTX-345. Century 21 Autopilot. Aircraft on Part 135 Certificate with some Flight School use for the last 15 years. Paint rated 7/10, Airtex interior rated 6.5/10. Wing spar AD/bolt replacement completed. All ADs current, Annual due 6/2024, No corrosion or major damage history.

Airframe
13632 Total Time, no major damage history or corrosion. Wing spar AD and bolt replacement accomplished. All other ADs complied with. FAA Part 135 maintained. All fiberglass exterior parts, Bogert battery box, Piper Standby Vacuum System, Piper External Power, Knots2U wing root fairings, TCB composite forward spinner bulkhead, Steve's Aircraft fuel bowl, PMA Products fuel pump, Tempest vacuum pump, and Brackett Air Filter. Right wing removed 2020 to replace forward and aft wing walks. (Airframe Components). Annual Due 6-2024, Altimeter/Transponder due 5-2025.
Engines / Mods / Prop
2686 Since Factory Overhaul (2018). At that same time, engine mount overhauled by Aerospace Welding, new Lord mounts, new oil cooler, new type D fluid-carrying hoses, new wiring firewall forward, new engine control cables, new Sky-Tec starter and overhauled alternator. Compressions all still in mid-high 70s, low oil consumption. Cylinders 1 and 4 just replaced (October 2023) with Lycoming factory new cylinder assemblies due to cracks in intake ports. Propeller overhauled by H & S, SPOH 1996.
