Great ramp appeal and it fly's even sweeter!! This Arrow has been meticulously maintained, with excellent paint and a very modern gray interior (installed in 2024) in addition to speed mods and new wingtips with landing lights!! There is also a moving map mfd, Stec 50 autopilot with altitude hold, a vfr panel mounted gps, electric standby attitude indicator, rosen visors, a vertical card compass, ADSB out, Bose limo plugs, a PS Engineering Audio panel and the list goes on and on! The radios are as clear as the windows and are sure to leave you impressed. The wing Spar AD has been completed. This airplane has been privately owned its entire life and wasn't ever a trainer and doesn't have any damage history.

Avionics / Equipment
There is a Appolo Gx50 gps however the databases are no longer supported. It is tied to a Appolo MX20 Multi Function Display. There is a PMA 7000 audio panel, SL30 com/Nav, Stec 50 autopilot with altitude hold, electric standby attitude indicator, vertical card compass, Bose limo plug and a tail beacon with ADSB out.
Airframe
The airframe has been meticulously maintained including recent upgrades to the hydraulic lines, power pack, brakes, tires, interior (sidewalls, seats, carpet and plastic window trim), U avionics tail beacon, knots 2 u wing tip landing lights (over $3,000 modification), knots 2 u flap track speed mods, excellent paint and fly's very nimble. The flight controls have been rigged per Piper maintenance manual. This was never a trainer and is a well loved airplane.
Engines / Mods / Prop
This is the 200 hp Lycoming IO-360. compression on 3 cylinders is 70+ and one is in the low 60's. The engine is just over 1900 hours. Recent oil sample shows a view values higher than normal but there wasn't any metal in the filter. The engine is running strong and is currently flying. I have obtained a quote for around $23,000 to overhaul the engine not including labor to remove and reinstall. I am going to keep flying it with the current engine so times will vary.

Interior / Exterior
The interior was just upgraded to a gray diamond stitched pattern black Airtex carpets and gray vinyl leather seats. The interior plastic window trim was also upgraded.
