Remarks

This is a great trainer or 1st plane. Super easy to fly and has a lot of life left. Cosmetically, she looks great for her age from around 50ft, but mechanically she is solid. Well cared for and maintained. It was always hangared under my ownership and the last owner. 

I also have a Bruce's Custom Covers canopy cover that is like new and I will include it.
