2109 TT, 1000 STOH, Garmin 430 WAAS, GTX 345 ADS-B In/Out Transponder weather & traffic w bluetooth, 340 Audio Panel, back up radio/nav EDO Aire RT563A w IFR, 1110 lbs Useful Load, Always Hangered, Complete Logbooks since new, New Paint from original, No Damage, No Corrosion, well kept and well cared for aircraft.  Compressions are all really good, oil analysis is great.  Custom aircraft wool carpet installed.  Only a few hours flown since new tires/tubes & new battery.

Airframe

2109 TT, Always hangered, always taking care of anything needing replacement, no expense spared on upkeep.  New Tires, tubes, battery, all else always changed or anything replaced before really needing it. Wanted a sound and safest plane at all times. All the speed-mods that an owner would want and gap seals.

Engines / Mods / Prop

In the last few years: Oil filter added a few years ago, new ducts, has new updated ignition switch/mags, starter, super clean engine and plane. Has Hobbs but, when in annual, they reset or something, cause hobbs different number showing when I got  the plane back. The total time on plane is TT 2109, but fly some so that varies from postings, Engine STOH @1100 hrs ago.  Prop is balanced, all things have been contentiously checked, upgraded, fixed and maintained.

Interior / Exterior

Super clean paint, new from original, yet keeping w the original style, no damage.  Interior has new custom wool carpet, had to order an entire minimum run of a roll to get the colors I wanted.  Rest is original, all is pretty good, but would update side panels and seats sometime; if you want fancy stuff.  Seats are in good condition, just not fancy.

Purchased Bruce's Custom Covers -specifically fitted for this plane, that go around the vertical stabilizer that cover the tail cone, Horizontal stabilizer and separate for fuselage cover made for the avionic antennas measured for this plane specifically and engine intake plugs.
