This is a 1/10 share of a 1967 Piper PA28-180. The group is the Wachusett Flying Club based in 3B3 Sterling MA. This is a great flying, good looking, low engine time aircraft! Engine was rebuild and installed at the start of this year, along with a new prop. Interior was replaced in 2022 and it was repainted in 2018. The group charges $65/Month, $85/hour wet on Tach (not hobbs), and a minimum of 3 hours flying every 6 months (use it or lose it). Book the aircraft on a google calendar and go fly. Availability is excellent, aircraft flys about 150/year total. You will not find a more economical way to get in the air!
