Remarks

This will make someone a really nice airplane. Seats are in decent condition. Carpet is good. Interior is comfortable and clean. When we bought it it had 9 hours on the engine. We upgraded the avionics and lights, and used ToughGaurd on the exterior and it really shines. We have put on a new starter, alternator, door pins, resurfaced the walkway on the wing, etc. We continued to fix it up as if we would keep flying it forever but we always needed 5 or 6 seats so we finally upgraded to fit our mission. Hours are estimates as it is still being actively flown.
