***This aircraft has been sold******These PA32 aircraft are amazing! 1400 lbs payload, 6 seats with club seating, and fixed gear for lower insurance premiums make this a great selection. This aircraft has a Garmin 530 WAAS ( overhauled in 2020) by Garmin big screen GPS coupled to an Aspen glass updated attitude and HSI instrument. The engine and all accessories were overhauled in 2017 at JB Engines and now has 594 hours since major overhaul with an Insight color engine G3 monitor that shows performance of all the engine cylinders and a fuel computer. 
Interior is the highly desirable "club seating" and is very clean in excellent condition. 
The paint shows well. This aircraft has aileron, flaps, stabilator,  and wing seal speed mods that reduce the parasite drag and increase true airspeed.
Installed are the new style wheel pant covers speed mod.
