These PA32 aircraft are amazing! 1400 lbs payload, 7 seats, and fixed gear for lower insurance premiums make this a great selection. This aircraft will have a Garmin 750Xi WAAS installed the second week in June along with the following avionics as seen in the avionics section. 13 GPH at 140 KTS!!

7-9 weeks delivery, Core in stock, continue flying this engine until Overhaul is needed or you decide to replace it!

Here is my take on this airplane:
I will sell it now, with avionics upgrade for $199,000 and if someone wants to overhaul the engine  ($45,000) this airplane should be worth in the $300,000 range, with zero time overhaul and new Garmin avionics.
