1962 PA-24-180 McCauley 3 blade- 70 amp alt - center stack radios-rams horn control wheels-recent fuel bladders-pilot side toe brakes-recent gear motor overhaul- Teflon gear conduits- Aussie stabilator/eliminates AD - SkyBeacon wing ADSB- out. Recent pito / static recertification- airspeed & altimeter rebuilt - hangared and owned by me for 13 years. Approx 90 hour per year. Aircraft time low 2576 - SMOH 1116- prop since new 1094. Paint and interior mediocre.
