NOTATIONS / ADDITIONAL MAINTENANCE INFORMATION

Fuel stain noted on RH Inboard Fuel Tank due to a leaking lower rivet.

Wing skin part numbers 38500-917 and 38586-002 replaced in June 20, 1998.

Aft Baggage Compartment Closeout Panel is broken out at bottom.

Several top fuselage skins, both windshields, and the top cowling were replaced. See airframe log entry dated June 3, 1996. The log entry also states that the Vertical Fin and 

Horizonal Stabilator were repaired. - (See FAA 337 dated 4/3/1996)

The aircraft returned to the USA in 1990 and was assigned registration number N2200J.

The aircraft had a nose gear collapse in 1981 at 94.6 Hours Total Time.

The aircraft was exported to Canada in December of 1978.
