Hitchcock Aviation is proud to bring this 750 hour restored 1168lb 1957 Super Cub to market.  TT 5200hrs, SMOH 67hrs (Dyno at 187hp), SPOH 335hrs.  Completely restored with Airframes Alaska, Cub Crafter, Airglas, and F. Atlee Dodge STC upgrades. Updated panel, Airglas Cargo POD. Aircraft currently located in Arizona.  $169,500 Motivated Seller

Aircraft was completely restored in 2001. Fuselage and tail sandblasted and primed with epoxy primer.  Installed new bushings in all tail surfaces.  Installed new Jack Screw and Yoke.  Fabricated new rudder cables, elevator cables, flap cables, ailerons cables, and carry through cables.  Installed all new fairleads.  Installed new trim pulley, trim cables, trim pulley.  Installed new carb heat control. Installed new mixture control. Installed new shock cords. Fabricated new shock cord covers assembley.  Fabricated all new interior sheet metal skins.  Installed new flexible brake lines.  Installed new nose bowl. Fabricated new top cowl, bottom cowl, and doors.  Installed new floorboards.  Installed new landing light lens.  Installed new rudder pedals front and rear.  Installed new side glass, sky lite, windshield.  Engine mounts sandblasted and primed with epoxy primer.

2001 Restoration included recovering the complete Aircraft with Ceconite #I02.  Three coats nitrate dope.  Three coats non-taunting butyrate dope. Six coats aluminum non-taunting butyrate dope. Three coats Juneau white butyrate dope trimmed in Pontiac red butyrate dope.
