PREBUY ANYWHERE!!!  Will deliver to mechanic of choice with reimbursed fuel.  Upon deal this expenses will be credited 100% to buyer.  
Logs COMPLETE since delivery.  Nose gear collapse during ramp taxi many years ago, logged and repaired.  Always hangered, about 200 hrs last two years. Love the plane... but my dream coming true to fly off my own property and she just needs too much real estate... so moving down to a 235.

Engines / Mods / Prop

Compressions are all above 70, 1450 smoh, oil changed at 25-30 hrs.  Turbo has no issues.  It's mechanical so manual increase to altitude is required to maintain MP, by factory design (just FYI), climbs at 25-27 gph, cruise 17 gph @ 157 kts calm,

Interior / Exterior

Interior 8/10, Leather done in 2008 I think, plastics all in decent shape. Exterior paint is original but in great shape on the airframe 7/10.  Cowling and plastic inspection covers need redone 3/10.

Remarks

Originally going to list at 210k but couldn't get the Aspen upgrade done fast enough. Price discounted for that.  Will deliver anywhere in continental US for prebuy.  Fuel compensation paid up front and not refundable.  Will give fuel paid 100% credit towards final deal price.
